Im a sophmore and ran my first under 5 mile at 4:59.89.

Short-Term Running Goals:

My goal is to get under 4:55 my first season.

I want to get below a 4:30 in high school and try for a scholarship.

I also want to run cross country this year.

Run a half marathon.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get under a 4:30 mile.

Personal:

This is my first year running track, and so far like it alot. I like running longer distances so am going to do xc.  I have played piano for 7 years now. I also have played soccer my whole life. I still play soccer for fun on the side, but track comes first. I am 15 years old and have 4 brothers, no sisters. I have 2 dogs one named bella, and the other Bruno. I get good grades in school and have a current cumulative of 3.962

Did the 3200 (2 miles) today. I felt really good! only second time running it and i ran it in 10:53. I stayed in it mentally and had a really good kick at the end. I think i could of stayed with the 2 kids in the front, but im very happy with my time.

Ran the mile today. Wish i ran it faster, i think i could of. Ran it in 5 minutes flat. I needed to be more mentally in it and i led the first two laps and started out too fast.

Today was pretty tough. Did a 2 mile warm up, then went to the track doing two 400's at 61 and 64 seconds. Then did two 200's at 31 second splits.  Then a mile cool down.
